Free of pop collaborations that push him to the side, Joe, who often is given the job of providing the vocal hook, indulges himself with the lyrics and freely goes from internal to external with a freestyler's heart. With the spotlight so decidedly on himself, Joe comes off as a commanding veteran with a rare taste of freedom.

The Game and Lil Wayne are huge names in 2006, but that's it for guests, and it soon becomes obvious that just like the skeletal musical landscapes, this choice was made to make sure the man whose name is on the cover owns the album. Same goes for "Breathe and Stop," with producer Nu Jerzey Devil looping a short bit of Bob Marley's "War" under Joe and the Game's seriously infectious swagger. Storch works his minimal magic once again on "Think About It," leaving Joe plenty of room to work his simple and entirely effective chorus. Joe and Wayne's excellent leadoff single, "Make It Rain" - produced by extended family member Scott Storch - is the perfect calling card for the album, since kicking beats with steal-toed boots and lean hooks is all you're going to get here. While Fat Joe takes the executive producer credit, he follows Khaled's model of blending of New York's dirty street noise with Miami's trunk-rumbling thunder while putting one of the DJ's favorites, Lil Wayne, on the very short guest list. Recorded on his own and then released in cooperation with EMI, the incredibly focused Me, Myself and I breaks the chain by going back to the scrappy street days of his early hit, "Flow Joe," while reaping the benefits of his relationship with his Terror Squad brother DJ Khaled. Fat Joe's had a problem with the full-length for quite some time, and his best efforts were blunted by concessions to the radio and by collaborations that didn't fit. Listen to it objectively, and it's anything but. For them, the very gangsta and sorta indie Me, Myself and I is the desperate result of meager sales and the last gasp of Joe's career.

The 2005 album stiffed, and haters egged on by Joe's rival, 50 Cent, let their venom roll across message boards. This might be the product it might be that you wash too much or not enough, stuff like that. After his massive 2004 hit "Lean Back" with his crew Terror Squad, Fat Joe returned with the full-length All or Nothing. If it doesn't, then you're probably doing something wrong. Wait for one month and see if it settles down.

When you change something to your skin or hair, it's likely to freak out at first which can cause outbreaks, dandruff, oily hair, etc. IMPORTANT: After any changes in personal hygiene routines, stick to it for at least one month before you decide something's not working. It'll help keep your hair in good shape, as shampoos can be drying for the hair. I also recommend a conditioner - all you need to do is rub the conditioner in after you've rinsed the shampoo out, wait five minutes, then rinse the conditioner out. This should be somewhere between every two days, and once a week - depending on your hair. You only need to do it when your hair feels or looks greasy. You don't need to wash your hair every single time you bathe. Your hair will feel "slippery" if there's still product in there. Then rinse until it's all out - you should be able to feel the difference. Again, rub vigorously into your hair and scalp. Then you pour a small amount (like, coin-sized) of shampoo onto your hands. But skin care is highly personalised, so do what works for you. Soap's super drying, and fragrance can irritate. That's the least irritating for your skin. Personally, for when you buy in future, I recommend using a non-fragranced body wash. Be gentle there the genitalia is pretty sensitive. Since you're a guy - if you have a foreskin, make sure you clean under it. Then, once your whole body's covered, you rinse with water until there's no soap left. Pay special care to areas like your armpits/soles of the feet/anywhere that's gonna get really gross and dirty. Then rub the soap/body wash vigorously all over your body - except your head. Soap and body wash are basically the same thing, except body wash is less drying so pick whichever you prefer). You just lather up the soap or body wash (you can do this on the wash cloth or in your hands.
